How to take
One tablet daily with food. Hair and nail changes follow the growth cycle, so allow 8–12 weeks of consistent use before judging results.
Important safety information
- Biotin interferes with laboratory immunoassays. At 2,500 mcg per tablet, this product can distort troponin, thyroid function, vitamin D and hormone test results. Tell your doctor you take biotin and stop it at least 72 hours before blood tests.
