Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, nationwide. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. There is no COD surcharge — you pay exactly what checkout showed.
What does delivery cost?
Rs 199 on orders under Rs 1,500. Free on orders of Rs 1,500 and above.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 working days in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi. 3 to 5 working days elsewhere.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
You can inspect the sealed parcel for external damage. Couriers do not permit opening before payment — this is their policy, not ours. If anything is wrong once opened, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Are these products genuine?
Where do your products come from?
All products are manufactured by Medevox Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. at their facility in the National Industrial Zone, Rawat, Islamabad, under GMP conditions. Nothing here is imported grey-market stock or a repackaged generic.
Are they DRAP registered?
The supplements are sold as dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Choosing the right product
I have dark spots and uneven tone. Where do I start?
Start with the Vitamin C + SPF 60 Duo. Vitamin C works on existing pigment; sunscreen prevents new pigment. Adding Glutone from the inside is optional and slower. Sunscreen is not optional — without it, nothing else holds.
My hair is falling. Will BIO-HR+ fix it?
BIO-HR+ supports hair, skin and nail quality with biotin and collagen. It is not a treatment for patterned hair loss, thyroid-related shedding, or iron deficiency — those need a diagnosis. If your hair loss is sudden, patchy, or accompanied by fatigue, see a doctor before buying supplements.
How long before I see results?
Skin turnover takes about four weeks. Hair and nails run on a longer cycle. Give any routine 8 to 12 weeks of consistent daily use before deciding whether it works. Anyone promising visible change in seven days is selling you something.
Can I use everything together?
Yes. The Complete Glow Care Bundle is designed to be used together — serum and sunscreen in the morning, supplements with meals.
Safety
Is any of this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The sunscreen is. Glutone and BIO-HR+ are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Check with your doctor before taking any supplement while pregnant.
I am having blood tests soon. Does that matter?
Yes, and this matters more than most people realise. BIO-HR+ contains 2,500 mcg of biotin, which interferes with laboratory immunoassays — including thyroid function, troponin, vitamin D and hormone tests. It can produce falsely high or falsely low results. Tell your doctor you take biotin and stop at least 72 hours before any blood test.
Will the vitamin C serum sting?
Mild tingling on first use is common and settles. Persistent burning, redness or peeling means stop and contact us. Introduce it every other morning for the first two weeks if your skin is reactive.
My serum has gone darker. Is it spoiled?
Vitamin C oxidises on contact with light and air. Slight darkening over time is normal. If it has turned deep orange or brown, its potency has dropped — replace it. Keep the bottle closed and away from direct sunlight.
