Delivery across Pakistan

We deliver to every major city and most towns in Pakistan through our courier partners.

Delivery charges

• Orders under Rs 1,500 — Rs 199
• Orders of Rs 1,500 and above — free

There is no separate cash-on-delivery surcharge. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay the courier.

How long it takes

• Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi — 2 to 3 working days
• Other cities and towns — 3 to 5 working days
• Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is handed to the courier. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours, message us on 0332-9418619.

Paying cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers often cannot give change. You may check the sealed parcel for external damage before paying, but parcels cannot be opened before payment is made.

If delivery fails

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available or the number is unreachable, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to rearrange.
