How to use it as a routine

What to expect, honestly
Skin turnover takes roughly four weeks; hair and nails follow a longer cycle. Give this 8–12 weeks of consistent use before judging it. The sunscreen is the part that determines whether the rest holds — skip it and pigmentation returns regardless of what you take.
